Things to bring :
- bottle of water
- warm jumper for beginning and end of session
- any props you might like to use (bolster, pillow, knee pad)
Yoga mats, blocks and belts are available but feel free to bring your own equipment.
Places are limited, so please book early, spots can only be secured with full payment ( no refunds will be issued once this has been made).
